RL Discount Codes/Coupons: Can They Be Applied to EG Special Order Program?

Anyone know? I was interested in EGs through the RLPL Special Order program, and was wondering if the holiday or friends and family codes could be used to discount the price?

Also, does anyone know if you can order a "regular" EG catalogue shoe as a special order (i.e. Inverness, Southwold, etc.)?

All signs point to "no". When I was there, they indicated that the sale was only on in stock items, not special orders, not items they ran out of, etc.

I'm curious if the employee discount at 60% off would work? I remember someone I knew at the Mansion saying he used the employee discount a few times on the special orders. I'm going to check into this and report back. . .
