Ripples under back collar still there after alteration

I took my Fitzgerald blazer to the tailor to fix the ripples under the back part of the collar. After getting it back, it's a little better but there are still ripples. Should I take it back to the tailor? I read in another thread that taking cutting too much cloth out under the collar will lower the collar in a bad way. However, I don't like the ripples there.

You should most definitely take it back for further adjustment. They probably need to take it in through the neck points and not just the collar. You have square shoulders? Send a pic if you have one.
