Nice.

I have the SB version of the same jacket, and am looking at several navy, (or close to navy) sport coats in my closet, thinking of ways to differentiate them...

Does anyone have any idea how model 290 fits compared to 254/253?

Never been to to the Armoury in NYC. Tried Ring jacket when Khakis of
Carmel carried the line 7 or 8 years ago. I wear 44R, sometimes 46. Ring
was unable to fit me. Much too slim. I am 5'9" ,165.

I'm 5'7" 145lb, I'm mostly US 36, are you sure maybe you should just try EU48?

It does flit slim unless it’s specifically made for the Armoury

Whoa. I am surprised you would take a 46/EU56 in anything at 5'9" 165. I am 6'0' 230 and my perfect-fitting size in everything is 46R/EU56R7.

But your feedback is very helpful...if Ring Jacket cannot fit you (too slim) then there is no prayer for me, so I'll ignore the entire brand from here on.

Thanks!

I am pretty standard US 42 (Eur 52) with 36 inch waist (sometimes closer to 37) and svelt 185 dad bod. Non-Amroury Ring Jacket Suits and Sportcoats fit me fine in size 54. they are slim, but nothing sizing up one won’t fix.

Or EU46/Us36… sounds more correct @165.
