Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

Definitely model dependent, and are you comparing to Armoury model vs. stuff like 184? 184 is definitely slimmer (or lots of domestic model but not sure about all)

Hi there, for those who work out, how does RJ domestic tend to fit? I'm normally a 36 but I sized up for 38 (had to get sleeved shortened) but I still found it was a bit small on me. Not sure if it was just the model that I got.

Domestic models like the 184 will fit slim in comparison to the store-exclusive 'Made by Ring Jacket' models found at places like The Armoury.

Has anyone in the US bought from Andrea Seoul and or Lamarche recently? Any customs duties paid?

Dumb question but anyone know how much RJ domestic prices (sport jackets, specifically) currently look like? Planning to visit the store in Aoyama.

On top of my head most of them were JPY 150K+ depending on fabric, I think I only saw mostly meister line in the Aoyama store when I visited last year.

Still a good deal imo, they even do MTM and ship overseas, so if you know the fabric you want, that's also an option. I considered it but I didn't fit that well to their standard models and wasn't confident enough about all of the modifications, considering I have no planned trips to Japan in near future to get it fixed.
