This is a catch and release, photographed much better by member heldentenor HERE.
Based on measurements I thought it would fit, but no dice.

The jacket is 100% wool hopsack - perfect summer weight. Model 184, the more slim-fit of the Ring Jacket cuts. 3-roll-2, with patch pockets on hips & chest welt pocket.

Measurements:
Shoulder: 17"
Sleeve: 23.5" with 1.5" to let out - surgeon's cuffs...
