And are you typically 46? I had to take in my AMJ03 waist in quite a bit

Yes, I am usually 46, but sometimes take 48 in slim jackets. The waists on Ring Jacket have always been just right for me. I have not needed to take in the waist in the jacket or the trousers. But then again I don't have a large drop.

Hahaha, looks like we're both looking for our next tailored RTW fix, post-Eidos!

So... No white then if I go with a dark Balloon jacket...

Can any of you comment on the fit of Model No-253H? I've got my eye on a suit in this range but am hesitant to order it. Hoping someone will tell me it runs long.

Yes normal for RJ which would mean short compared to Western brands

    Thanks for the replies.
I was recommended the suit by Sakamoto @ Ring after sending him my height and weight info but looking at the measurements it seems the sleeve length is a bit short.

Do any of the Japan market suits come in a Long?

FWIW, H. Stockton in Atlanta is currently having a sale on Ring Jacket suits and blazers.

I have no affiliation with them, nor have I purchased from them but the sale pricing looks good.
