I assume this is used? Also, you say S, but then 44-46. That seems more like an XXS-XS.

Very lightly used, 9/10 easily

tag sz Small. I feel it's good for XS -S Please use my measurements against your best fit jacket.

cashmere/wool has stretch in it.
