Right shoe feels tight at the end of the day

I have pair of AE Cliftons where only the right shoe feels tight, and only at the end of the day. It feels tight around my pinky toe and the joint bone underneath it. I'm guessing it's because my right foot is a little wider than my left and expands a bit throughout the day. Would shoe stretching fix the problem?

Could be shoe width, could also be the specific way you walk putting more pressure onto that side of the shoe, like turning your foot during your gait.

I would also reach inside the shoe and feel around for a seam in that location. Many shoes have one, particularly if your 5th toe is further back than "average".

Stretching could help, maybe even just wearing the shoe at home while applying a bit of stretch solution on that part.

How long have you had the shoe? Maybe a thinner sock if the ones you are wearing are bulky.

After a whole day of standing, walking and running around, it's normal for one's feet to bloat up. If they're new shoes they will stretch out a little by themselves. Stretching a little at the toe box also can help.

Agree with above. Almost certainly one of your feet is just a touch larger than the other. Take it to a cobbler, tell him your issue and get it stretched out just a hint. If you wait for it to happen naturally you'll be so pissed off at how long it takes.

I agree with what was said.
If the home remedies don't work ask your cobbler to "wet-last" them.
He should be able to treat the effected area with a stretching solvent (the solvent will not damage the leather). It should be applied inside the shoe in the area that needs to be eased.
That should do it.
