Right leg of jeans twisted

I bought some new jeans at the weekend and have since noticed on the right leg only, on the inside of the jeans, but the outside of the leg, the seam is twisted. Like on the thigh it is stitched one way then as it reaches around the knee the seam is stitched the opposite way, causing the seam to have a twist to it.

I've checked other pairs from all different stores and they all have this twist, but only on the right leg. Why is this? Poor quality jeans, or a design, to make them more comfortable?

To be fair it's been on an old pair of jeans I've worn for years and I've never noticed, it's just the new pair it seems a lot more uncomfortable. Help anyone?

seriously OP i want to ask you a question: is it that ******* hard to look through the current topics on the top of the goddamn page and see that there's at least two other threads you could've posted this question in? either you unknowingly posted this thinking it was appropriate, which means you're lazy or blind, or you posted this knowing there is a more appropriate place to post it, which makes you an asshole

which is it?

Yeah. I think we should feel sympathetic towards his aggressive behavior and sense of frustration, though. I guess we would act the same if we were in his shoes...
