Blistered lamb leather black Rick Owens jacket. Size is M. Would be perfect for a 38-41 chest (possibly even a 42 R/L). Extra long sleeves make it ideal for tall gents like myself. Cut is slim, fitted. (Fwiw, I'm 6'1" and a 39L.) Owned just over a year and still in excellent condition (8.5/10). The only issue I see is very minor wear at the sleeve ends.
My measurements:
Chest (pit to pit): 21"
Shoulder (seam to seam): 18.25"
Sleeve (shoulder to cuff hem): 28.5"
Length (down back from base of neck): 26"
