    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Richard Hammond seriously injured in crash

    Just heard on the BBC that he is out of intensive care and chatting to friends.

    Looks like he will make a "good" recovery, whatever that means.

    Any physicians on here?

    Yes, everyone hopes he makes a full recovery.

    He nearly gets killed trying to break a speed record while being filmed for a show which is not a little uninterested in speed, high performance cars etc.

    As Clarkson is apparently making gags already, surely the sledgehammer irony of the situation here is about as subtle as Clarkson's humour in his books and shows themselves.
