I'm loving this drama but given Noodles' form, my suspicion is that he tried it on, sent it for alterations, wore it, took pics, and when after all that time and expense invested in a name brand suit via a lauded affiliate vendor, he didn't get stellar feedback and make it to the 20 thumbs page, his ridiculous neurosis kicked in and thus began his demands for satisfaction.
I'm sure Noodles is a pleasant fellow in the real world but his incessant carping on this board baffles me as to how he is so popular in the virtual world and has his own thread. When he once posted two near identical navy ties with white dots and asked for SF advice on which to get, I realised this is a man who probably has problems agonizing between boxers and briefs or Pepsi vs coke, so that was it for me.
Either way, I really thought this was done. Further carping might be entertaining for neutral observers but I have serious doubts that anything more will be gained in terms of rapprochement.

This is possible

I would just like to echo what @institches said above regarding the service. NMWA provides an absolutely amazing level of service. On a separate note: I would hate to see that service exploited.

I would like to trade Bobby Jindal and Noodles out of the Asian community. Representatives of other ethnicities, please PM me with offers.

No takers yet?

Slightly more interested in the Subway sandwich video. I'll raise the stakes to $10 if the footage includes Noodles demanding a refund after he's eaten 10" of his 11" footlong sub.

What happened to the days when 2 men had a disagreement...and handled it like MEN? I remember when people spoke face to face, picked up the phone or sent e-mails or PM's.
Disagreements don't get resolved overnight. So it may take a while. Ok.

Why is there a need to start a thread/air out all of this personal **** online? Have people really forgot how to communicate like adults? Is it one party or the other looking for the "majority" to back them to push their case fwd?

Damm.....this is not that difficult.

Noodles-Sherif of Rottingham vs GDL-Robin Hood

In a nutshell....Noodles you fucked up.

Based upon the facts that have been related, I believe that Greg's offer to pay for shoulder alteration is more than generous. And it's not like the suit is completely unwearable as is; it's probably 90-95% as good as the other Formosas. No one outside of StyleForum is going to notice the difference. Seriously.

I'll pay $15 for footage of DWW actually talking to a lawyer to discuss possible ways of legal recourse against Drew and ToJ.

MF, I don't understand the parrallel you're trying to draw here. One has sat for over a year on hundreds of thousands of dollars in unfulfilled orders, while the other refused to take back a worn and altered garment from a customer with a history of causing problems. The only possible ground you'd have for comparing them is if you think all cases of legal recourse are of equal merit, which, of course, they are not.

You don't get it. I'm not trying to draw a parallel or compare these two cases in any way.

Just for the record, I'm quite proud to have stumbled upon this SF meltdown recap thread. My fantastic July continues.
