Hey all... I have a question about reverse pleats... I have always bought flat fronts because I am somewhat apprehensive about pleated pants. Reason being, I have a 40" waist, and imho the pleats just make me look even bigger. Not sure if this helps, but I'm 5'10", 26 years old, and my career is a school (private) teacher. SO, I wear a lot of slacks. One person elsewhere recommended that I try reverse pleats. Anyone wear them? Is it true that they work to give comfort, and don't make the pant seem bulky at the waist?[IMG] Any input at all would be great. Cheers all... Mike

Please, please please please press your slacks properly. Nothing is worse than seeing someone wearing a pair of unpressed double-pleated slacks. Pleats look great when they are properly pressed. When they aren't, they look horrible.

so a reverse pleat for someone like me is more favourable then a flat front pair of slacks?

    Thanks...
    MIKE
