Restaurant, Bar & Cafe suggestions - Milano and Napoli

I plan to be in Milano and Napoli at the end of this month. If any of you have had memorable meals, breakfasts, drinks in Milano and Napoli and would be open to sharing that experience and the information about the restaurants and cafes and bars, I would much appreciate it.

BTW, I don't have any dietary restrictions and am quite adventurous when it comes to culinary explorations.
