Resole Loro Piana Boots?

Hello,

I bought a pair of Loro Piana Icer boots last winter and the soles got surprisingly beat up. Apparently Loro Piana doesn't offer a service to resole their shoes. Does anyone have advice on where/how to find a service to resole these boots without stylistically ruining the boots, or is it better to just get the soles treated as well as I can (and possibly sell the boots on eBay eventually and get new ones)?

Thank you for any advice,

Jeff
