Sorry, I don't know the designer of this jacket, but I have seen several variations in Japan for spring collections. Here is a smilar style by Man of Moods spring collection which is available only in black, http://zozo.jp/shop/glaice/goods.html?gid=333832. US retail approximately $1,075.
