request help - Is the Fall 2013 Esquire Big Black Book out yet?

has anyone seen fall 2013 Esquire big black book on the shelves yet? I'm asking girlfriend to send to me overseas. I thought it was supposed to be out late August, but can't find it or images of it to let her know
