Repairs question

I received this made in England cashmere overcoat (Bloomingdale's Men's Private Stock) today. I was aware it had a few imperfections, and indeed, there are a couple of these spread throughout the coat. Is it an easily repairable problem? Or will this require a costly reweave?

Any decent tailor can weave that. I had a moth take 2-3 bites our of my suits trousers and my tailor did a great job weaving the hole. You can barley tell.
