I am going to miss the Mayfair.  The only person before us that lived in the penthouse was Beyonce (apparently, she lived there for 3 months will filming something in Atlanta). You can check out the views from my balconies by clicking  (assuming this works).here  You can use the email address [email protected] and the password "lestat" to sign in.  I hope that you enjoy the views as much as we have. However, I can't wait to move to NYC.  I will be doing sports litigation for the Yankees, Mets, Knicks, Rangers (if they ever come back) and Marlins (don't ask how a FL team got thrown in the mix).  My wife will be doing employment litigation for the fashion industry including Armani, Prada, RL, CK, and Tommy Hilfigger.  Although the condo may not be as exciting, the lifestyle will kill what we have in ATL.

Yeah, you can probably get everything you would want in NYC, and better than what it would be in ATL.

I don't have the same luck.  You would be amazed how hard it is to find a Buffalo Wing in this crazy country...  How I miss Taco Mac...

I will FedEx you a 50-wing platter and some beer. In return, you walk down the Grasshopper and ship me something.

that's better. A fantastic view. I hope your new place in NYC has more than a view of the building next to you.

I think 25% is a bit much for one flat, even in London.

I pay about 25% for all the flats that I rent.

(Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich, Milan, Lugano, Madrid)

(I own the freehold in Geneva and London)

For a true city comparrison of prices. I am in Atlanta right now. Â I live in a 2200 sq/ft 2-story penthouse in midtown (on the 38th/39th story) with 3 bedrooms, 3/5 baths, 4 balconies + and 800 sq.ft. private rooftop terrace. Â I pay $1950/mo (grant it, I worked out a fairly good deal with the landlord, but still.....). I have a pool, weight room, screening room, etc. Â For you folks in Atlanta, it is the Mayfair on the corner of 14th/Juniper. My new condo in NYC - 1100 sq.ft 1 bedroom on the 4th floor. Â No balcony, no w/d. Â No pool or weight room (full time doorman though). Â I am paying $3450/mo. Â For you City dwellers, it is on the Upper East - 62nd/3rd. BTW - I did see some very nice 700 sq.ft. on the Upper East that were going for $3300/mo. Â The building had an indoor-heated pool and health club. Â Since I could not use the pool as my dining room, I passed.
Average Sales Price For Manhattan Apartment: $1.21 Million Â

Beer we have tons of (Heineken, Grolsch, Amstel and our neighbors to the South brew a wicked Trappist beer). A 50 wing platter though? Ooooooo, Don't make those kinds of offers... I might just take you up on it.... BTW, without incriminating myself... There are much better shops than the Grasshopper. But that is another discussion K

Which Mac do you live by? I used to spend a lot of time at the one Roswell Road (north by the river.) The girls in there pour some mean drinks K
