I guess the way my office desk is setup, I sometimes get a light scuff on my shoes. How do I remove these scuffs? Especially at the top of the shoe were the toe is? They aren't deep scratches, I'd call them blemishes. Also, how do you maintain the sides and back of the heel of a shoe. I've acquired knicks and scratches there too. I polish regular, but they seem to always appear.

Using a cream polish before the wax polish will usually take care of scuffs.

Lots of threads on shoe care, use the search function.
