basically I want to take two white pocketed shirts, then tie dye one. Then I'd remove either pocket and transfer it to then opposing shirt. Just looking for any tips you might have on how to properly remove and resew the pockets. Thanks

Eric Glennie! I've missed you!

This is a very innovative idea, thank you for sharing. I'd recommend a seam ripper if you intend on doing this and going slowly while you use it. Have you thought about kickstarter? Maybe you'd get some backers who are also interested in tie-dye pockets.

do not attempt this with a non iron -wrinkle free shirt.

get a seam ripper and work slowly.

find someone or yourself with a sewing machine and replace.

sounds like something they might sell at the dover street market for $350

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
