I couldn't find this info anywhere but please refer me to another thread if it has been discussed before.

I'm about to order a "MTM" shirt from The Anthology after reading the PS article, adjusting for sleeve length, waist and body length from their standard pattern. I'm wondering what other makers / retailers do something similar, or more detailed MTM, without requiring an in person fitting.

Ascot Chang lets you adjust sleeve length but I've found the measurements confusing - 32" is the minimum length? Sounds pretty long to me (I'm closer to 24").

I'm considering 100Hands as well, although the price point is higher (not a problem if the end result is good).

Any other recommendations?

I think 32 inches is a measurement from the neck, not shoulder.

P.S. I've heard a lot of praise for Apposta

The guys at Senszio can work with you remotely to get accurate measurements. Some really nice fabric options as well.

I wasn't familiar with them, will take a look.

Ah, that makes more sense! Clever way to measure actually. Will look at Apposta.

Besnard is another great choice. They offer a few options with different levels of handwork. I just received three more shirts from Victor last week, and they are all fantastic.

Thanks, I was looking for this. Couldn't find it on their website for some reason. Lots of fabric options!
Is there a specific cloth and collar you're looking for? Possibly fit or style? We can pool our experiences together and offer more accurate recommendations.
