Registered Mail From Italy

How long does this take usually? I ordered and paid for a jacket on January 30th and no sign of it. The seller has answered every email and insures me it's on the way. However I think over 2 weeks is an awfully long time.

It was sent using http://www.poste.it/ but the registered letter number he gave me does not come up.

Email sent on the 30th of January was

HELLO SIR!!YOUR FINE COAT WILL LEAVE NEXT MORNING BY REGISTERED
> LETTER NUMBER RR727775468IT PARTNERSHIP POSTE ITALIANE AND US
> POSTAL----DELIVERY 7 DAYS ABOUT----

I think that if it is not here by Friday that I will file a complaint with Paypal. Any feedback or information regarding registered mail from Italy is appreciated. Thanks.

I've always gotten my packages from this guy (got the same message) but there is no way to track it here in the US.

GIve it another week.
