I'm pretty good about skin care, diet, and sometimes exercise. However, I do notice that my smile lines are coming in. And I'm not happy about that. Is there a legitimate way of reducing these lines, with creams or whatever? Don't tell me not to smile, please.

Does anyone else get a crease on the side of their face from the way they lay on their pillow? If I look in the mirror first thing in the morning, there's one running from my left cheekbone down the side of my nose.

Got rid of mine by taking hyaluronic acid, whole food multi-vitamin, fish oil, drink lots of water and at night mix up applications of pure emu oil and magnesium oil.

Juvederm shots for the nasal folds ( laugh lines) . Good for six months at least.

Don't start augmenting yourself. Age gracefully and with pride.
