Two year-old IR 8119s and Gustin chinos for a cross-country flight. Boots are broken in and comfy as hell but the fact that they don’t really patina as much as any other boot I own is still somewhat disappointing.

They look damn cool to me.

They need a resole. I get an issue of new boots on an as needed basis. The old pair are off to the shop now.

Those are beauties. They'd be perfect for me to wear to work. Anyone have any ideas on when they'll be available here in the states?

Just yesterday I found a whole bunch of these at Nordstrom Rack. Just browsing looking to replace my wrecked uniform boots and came across them. One pair in each color and size. They fit perfectly, 1/2 size smaller than usual.

Cant find any more detailed review on amber harness care other thalan the generic ones using mink oil or their propriety boot oil or their all natural leather conditioner. Any idea of other methods to care for these? Looking at waterproofing it as well without needing to strip the boot everytime i need to moisturise the leather underneath... TIA

Just received a pair of Red Wing Iron Rangers in 13D and they seem very narrow to me. My left foot is a bit bigger than my right and the toes feel a bit squashed width-wise. Length seems good.

Does this just mean I can't wear Iron Rangers? I feel if I were to go up another size, they'd be way too long.
