Hello.

When shaving off my Mustache, I am always left what I describe is a red "Tape" Basically, when I shave it off, all is left is a red bar. It does not go away. It stays there even when it grows back.

Anyone one knows how to correct the problem?

I do Wet Shaving.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris, I assure that you are not the only one who has this problem. Anyway, from what you wrote it might be suggusted that you have Rosacea disorder. It is too complex to expalin what it is and how to treat it. However, a good starting point to learn about this facial skin disorder is from this website: http://www.rosacea.org/index.php Also, I have recently learned that there already is a new laser treatment available. From now on, try to reduce spicy food and alcohol consumption, switch to elecrical shaving, and avoid sauna. Just try to reduce anthying what might irritate your skin. Part of dealing with this problem is a matter of maintaining proper lifestyle.

The obvious solution is to not shave your mustache off

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
