Red Meat Is Not (Necessarily) Bad For You

If anyone is surprised that unprocessed red meat is healthier than processed red meat you need your head examined. I've never bought into the "all red meat is bad for you" hype that went around; I always knew these so-called nutritional experts were missing something....
