    Nothing racist about that...

High contrast people do also look good in it.

As a high contrast person I have played around with the idea on several occasions. Dark red's a good color on me in general, though I have trouble with the feeling that I just don't need another pair of jeans.

Perhaps when my beloved formerly black jeans finally pass away. They're getting close...

Sockless loafers, white shirt with two buttons undone, navy blue sports jacket, Omega, Persols and a bit of wax in your hair. Congratulations babes, you now own a 'little something' in Knightsbridge, London, and drive to the country at the weekend in your E-type Jag - 'Daddy's Motor' - with a case of champagne in the back and a BlackBerry absolutely brimming with tasty diamond brokery deals.

    Alternatively...

I can think of five or six people on the forum who will buy red jeans tomorrow in the hope of aping that look :-/

^ Lol. I would say white shirt/polo shirt. Navy shit. Boat shoes. Loafers. Brown suede chukkas. Grey/navy/maybe green ties. Basically, they are casual trousers! Not to be completely racist, but black people look best in red trousers!

    Nothing racist about that...

High contrast people do also look good in it.

Isn't Contract (in regards to people) the difference between skin tone and hair color?

Wouldn't that make black people, low contract? Since they tend to a have dark colored hair as well?

I purchased three linen jackets over the weekend, tan, blue, and red. Not sure if I can pull it off yet. I guess I will have to wait for it to arrive to see.

Obviously not with red jeans though.

Who say that jeans have to be blue or black?

oooh I love my red jeans. Personally, I like to pair it with a grey casual sweater, or, if I'm feeling very high contrast, with a white shirt and green loafers. [IMG]

    have fun with it!

Although an old thread, as I was searching myself I thought Id add this for those searching in the future..

Just purchased some Borrelli red jeans.. amazing quality. They cannot even be described as jeans as most know it. The denim is incredibly supple and soft. So soft I am concerned how they will wear..

    Anyway...where is SPRING?!
