What do you guys think? Loud but doable or just plain ugly?

On the vulgar side. Could change the buttons and it may work better. Either that or dip the jacket in a dye to make it look a better colour.

A forest green and a finer red overcheck or something perhaps, but that? An abomination of a color scheme.

I'd wear the jacket as a sportcoat/blazer, but only after changing the buttons. The pants I'd wear separately as GTH holiday party attire with a solid colored sportcoat/blazer.

Agreed. But it could never work as a suit.
