im looking for a new pair of jeans. definately dry denim. possibly nudies. right now im wearing the 7 for all mankind slimmy in montanas, and i kind of want to go a step up. looking for something around as slim (16" leg opening), maybe a little skinnier . if it helps im 5'11" and 143lbs.

any recommendations?

i live right outside NYC too, so it shouldnt be a problem finding them in person.

Why not try Dior Homme 19cm ($295)? Just remember to get them fairly tight, they stretch out a lot. Or something like Nudie Thin Finn or Slim Jim (around $150). Possibly some Julian Reds, but I have no experience with those.

Or if you want something skinny but with slight bootcut, then Crate Sally (from $50 to $150, depending where you buy them)—the fit is amazing, at least imo. I would recommend just taking all the recommendations and then trying each and every one of those, you'll see what looks best on you.

Nudie Slim Jim Dry Japans would be a great start, and you'd be starting at hte higher quality bracket.

Depends on what you want color wise. Personally, i'm not too fond of the green tint to the nudie japans, i like their indigo color better, and the color of apc dry as far as starters. If you want something really skinny, you may want the nudie thin finns and they have another really skinny cut. I've tried the finns on and liked them and there are some other people who swear by them.
