I don't want AE: not great quality (I own 3 pairs with cracked soles) and long waiting for 13 EE, EEE

Any other options? Must have rubber sole and must not require to wait weeks to ship. Anything in 700 $US range.

Any members with horrible feet? Can you offer any advice for a novice in a dress shoes world?
