Welcome to hear any other suggestion. I would definitely look into Alden if I am in the States, right now the only thing I knew my size in Alden is in Plaza last (because I tried it in BB London store

)

I am definitely open to other English maker (AS/Church/Loake/Cheaney/Church) with similar quality as C&J Tetbury and similar price or lower. I thought about EG on 82 or 888 last, but pretty sure I am not going to find bargain on that any time soon...

I would prefer storm welt or at least double sole.

if no-one else has mentioned go to Shipton and Heneage.com and check theirs .. good prices, Cand J and AS makers

They do have nice price, nothing in my size at the moment..., how do you tell who makes which one though?

So in the end I got Tetbury, though still on the fence, will probably give church a try and see if I should return the Tetbury or just get another pair as well

sometimes the names are the same as the C&J or AS originals, sometimes the styles are clearly the same with diff names

Agreed. Just got a pair of their Crockett & Jones -made suede Albemarle wingtips off the B&S, and they are fantastic. List price was very fair (I looked it up). I will likely buy direct from Shipton & Heneage next time I want a pair of shoes and can't find what I 'm looking for here on SF.

The Sargent ones have a double row of nails in the heel. Or, you can just contact them. I haven't, but from what I've read they are very forthcoming with the information.
