I'm looking for something to wear on the "street" i.e. bars/weekends/around the house.

I have some navy Chuck Taylor lowtops: I want something a bit nicer than this.

I have some Clark's Desert Boots in dark brown suede, these are about in the niche I'm looking for.

I have some dirty bucks, these are a bit dressier than what I'm looking for.

What else would be in this category? Something low top, something in brown leather, but still stylish but informal?

I'm not crazy about boat shoes or dress mocs.

I'm 41 if that matters.

Thanks for specific recommendations.

clark's wallabees
doc martens 3-eye gibson oxford
common projects suede achilles low top (might be sold out)

penny loafers would have been my first choice, though.

Wallabees are a nice idea, I hadn't thought about that. And I agree this probably should have been in the other thread, but this is easier for searching if anyone has a similar question...
