In trying to come up with a playlist for our upcoming wedding, I want to make some 'mashups' to represent certain times, but without using the whole song. Does anyone have any recomendations for a good music editing software that I can use to cut and paste parts of MP3's into a final mix?

If you're on OS X (mac) try Garageband. If not, maybe Audacity.
