I agree
He didnt fasten the jigger and the ties just slipped out. How was he to know Sart was lurking. Apart from the fact that he gets snapped every day by Sart.

That guy looks great. The DB looks really well proportioned to me.
But I think he'd look even better with a spread collar.

This guy always looks good. Although I would agree with Parker that a spread collar would look better, I was surprised how well he pulls off the BD collar. He is one of the few guys I have seen who make it work.

I don't know whether he did the tie thing on purpose or not, but it happens to me often enough by accident - usually when I am buttoning the coat while walking and the tie flops in between layers, but it can happen other times also. I fix it if I notice because I have no sprezzatura. Maybe he liked the way it looked when it happened by accident and does it on purpose now. You would think he would know how it was arranged if he was getting his picture taken - or SS would have mentioned it; he certainly would have seen it before it was posted. And +1 to the BD collar with BD.

From today's Sart. I really like this.

I agree with many points. I hope I can look this cool when/if I reach his age. Note the lack of moon (belly). Love the white hair and beard. Biking with a cigar, great! Daddy issues? Perhaps, but this guy looks great. But I wonder what watch he is wearing?
