1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

hahah you totally stole my idea! You lectured me about how much that watch sucked worse than the timex at J. Crew - you're a hypocrite!

got that band 2 for 20 at J. Crew didn't you? Got that timex for $30 at Wal-Mart.

Robert, I'm just not digging that Timex. I feel like you should have just purchased some vintage watch off eBay, functioning or not, with less stuff happening on the face.

I like the idea though. I purchased a $1000+ watch last year and though I love it, have yet to feel totally comfortable wearing something so expensive. There is something to be said for engineering your own accessory, I'm simply not liking the execution in your case.

My watch is from Bathys Hawaii, btw.

agreed. And after thinking about it, I think it looks pretty damn okay with that orange strap. Props

a shirt from a designer who invited me to take a look at his studio - no online presence as he doesn't want design rip-off.

sweet jacket. i think i just heard magician's load hit the ceiling at barneys.

the white shirt might be short but the other one (which is very awesome) is perfect.
shoes are really nice too. pants are meh.

now you just need some of these:

Both those Lad shirts are the same cut and have the exact same dimensions! Also, the t-shirts are actually slightly longer in length than the leather jacket...

    Jacket: 64 cm
    T-shirt: 68 cm

But whenever I put on a tight leather jacket, those Lad t-shirts tend to get pushed up several inches higher due to the large neck opening on the shirt-- really annoying! That is why I think you're seeing a difference.

What do you guys think? Should one's shirt stick out from underneath a leather jacket due to the shirt's longer length, or it better to have the shirt fit inside the jacket? I continually find myself going either way on this depending on the shirt style, color, and fabric type.
