Picked up the RRL Slim fit dries from Mauro after I crashed my Razor scooter and banged up my 5EPxSFs.
For the money, these are one of the most solid buys you can get. Because of the wierd pricing scheme that Ralph Lauren imposes on all RRL retailers (they actually specify the markup, and on all RRL products, you will see an RRL tag, unlike other companies, who generally allow retailers to mark up as they see fit) you can be sure that you are actually already getting a significant discount compared to other brands. Which means that these are a steal. US made, details like hidden back pocket rivets, hidden selvedge coin pocket, good mix of brown, yellow and dull orange stitching with very subtle stitching details

Also, Common Projects Achilles mid's in grey:

Got them through a hookup, because at $332, my wife would have beat me with a stick. Won't say who so that he doesn't get inundated with requests. But thanks man.

Crazy coincidence. Got both of these items in the last month or so as well (except my CPs are lows)... Loving the RRLs more and more every day [IMG]

You're reading my freaking mind. I'll interpret your getting the CP lows are your having a smaller penis than do I. Of course, I'm Asian, so you'd better hope that stereotypes do no hold true.

Yeah, RRLs are a great buy. I bought mine true to size, instead of sizing down (So, straight off, they fit, and even have a slight bit of room, in the waist. I find that a slightly antifit jean goes with more tops than a jean that is slim throughout.

I needed something for a wedding in Nov and this seemed to suit the bill (no pun intended): [IMG]

I really dislike the way that sportcoat fits that model.

I actually sized down one for sf fit. The top block fits perfect, but there's a little bit of room in the waist (I have a small waist and big thighs and ass from lifting/sports). I also think you have the psychology of shoe choices wrong. I don't need the penis-extension of hi/mid-tops - I'm packing more than enough heat as it is. Onion: Margiela blazer looks sick. Needs a few inches off the sleeves, but you probably knew that already.

It looks like an ill-fitting woman's item.

Damn I kept waiting to pull the trigger on the Margiela and now my size is gone! [IMG]

Enjoy it. Anyway, I've spent way too much in what was supposed to be a no clothing purchases month.

How do you like cdg2man and the original scent? I've never tried the original scent but i have a decant of 2man. It's nice but a bit too strong for me at the moment. Not really into such deep, heavy scents right now. Heavy on the vetiver. I need to get myself some real bottles as my decants are running out.
