Just delivered, J.Crew for Sperry "Washed" Topsiders. They look great, the washed look gets rid of the new "plastic-like" shine that the originals have.

Didn't know about this collab until you posted these. Look decent, but a similar effect can be had with some leather conditioner, paper towel, and a few days of wear for those looking for a cheaper alternative.

These were actually cheaper than the original Sperrys if you can believe it. $50 shipped from J.Crew, I think the Original Sperrys are going for around $65 give or take.

Interesting, they had to be on one of J Crew's eventual sales though. I find it hard to believe they could have retailed for $50 in the collab. But, it sounds like you got a pretty decent deal then. Always a good thing.

Here you go. The color is grey in sunlight; but, with the flash even has a purple tinge to it...I call it "bruise" lol. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] I love the imperfections [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

^ Very very nice SoCal. I wanted a bag in that really dark eggplant, but could never find one.

Handwriting on the insole would suggest they're made by Lattanzi ?

I like shoes even more now that I get a better sense of the color, quite interesting. From your initially cell pics I thought it was just a washed out black color, but this is very cool.

I know it's not polite to talk about money, but how much do those JS run?

JS shoe prices don't always run that high, but lattanzi do.

$1980, eh? That's the year I was born, maybe someone will get me a pair for my birthday [IMG]
