Get Smart, good description on the PS's. When I first started getting dress shoes I went for the AE's etc. right off only to figure out I only wear them a handful of times a year. It took me a while to figure out I'm an artist, it's PS's I should be in, thanks for your shoe Appreciation pics in the 'PS Ricard' thread for throwing me over the edge into PS territory. =D

Are you guys familiar with Paul Smith Japan's shoes? They're made by Crockett and Jones on what seems to be a very nice, aggressive last, and look very nice. Retail is rather high though, for both labels.

I bought these too, how much did they cost you?

Mine was 160 or 168 $ + tax I think, at Barneys.

I might change the rubber soles for leather on these. I'll see. Its still winter and slippery around here anyway so the rubber can be useful until spring finally arrives.

I think I'll also get a Yoko Devereaux t-shirt.

change the soles, man. those shoes look kinda ugly as is. the soles are a large part of it. I almost wanna pick up the yoko d jacket at that price. Although the epaulets are a bit out of control for me. If i could tame them it seems solid for the price.

Yeah, the soles could be way better. However, it could be practical around here for the moment. I'll change them as soon at the snow and ice melts.

I bought this buttonless see thru "mesh" blazer. I had been wanting a similar material from Jil Sander that they have in the "trash bag poly" jacket I have below; but, I didn't want 2 of the same style jacket.

Funny, I bought them from Co-op, and they were the exact same price.

BTW, are they as uncomfortable on you as they are on me?

Too lazy to put up pics, but...

Neil Barrett Low top kicks (from last year, from Yoox)
Nice Collective "Uniform" belt in olive, Kulhman's, Seattle
Nice Collective Covert jacket, ordered from Villains Vault in SF
Nice Collective Sweatshirt jacket thing... Ian, Seattle
Orthodox "Howl" jacket, Blackbird, Seattle
Rogan black (really, charcoal with a bit of purple in in) rice thermal henley, August, Oakland.
Wings+Horns Selvedge denim jeans.

i.e. way too much stuff, but still considerably less than Get Smart and Justin, and nothing as synergistically ugly x expensive as some of Jet's stuff
