They're very nice, same construction quality as men's, obviously. The rise is much lower, and they're slim from the thigh down. They're nothing like anybody else has in our school. So far she only knows the typical girl's jeans stuff, this is be a bit different for her. She hasn't seen it yet because she's interning in another state, but she'll probably love it. Oh yeah, I got her R&B for the about the same as what it costs to fill up my gas tank. The only way I can afford to spoil her.

I know a girl who swears by Joe's jeans, that's all she'd ever wear. Coincidentally, the's from CA, the OC to be more exact.

Bought a nice western shirt (2 pockets, earth hues, plaid) on sale for $20 about a week ago. It's surprisingly slim, the small being small enough in the chest that it would be impossible for me to size down. They got plenty left in various colors and styles, some as low as $10, at Simons so my fellow Montealers should check it out (full disclosure, I didn't find them, Nairb49 did). Be warned that the shirts are quite long, which means you will have to get them shortened if you want to wear them untucked.

Got some cool things in Montreal (the half off sale at U&I boutique was especially damaging to my wallet):
Vintage Lacoste/Izod interlock polo with a collar like the AA polos
APC multistripe polo
APC sweatshirt-tee (really odd but cool, it's a blue shirt made from sweatshirt material, but short sleeved)
Flippa K corduroy jacket (I think this might start me on a Scandinavian designer kick)

Now, if only it would ******* cool off so I could wear it.

You were in MTL? We even had good sales at Harry Rosen, which is not always the case....
Were they out of Engineered garment at U&I cause they had some amazing stuff on sale, like the jacket I posted earlier in that thread

Picked up this military-style Diesel jacket today that seriously rocks. It reminds me of the Dior M65-style jacket that everyone had a hardon for last fall. This fits really fitted/tight but comfortable, and doesnt have any typical Diesel embroidered crap anywhere. Very subdued with lots of cool details and a great fit.

Nice one. I am not too partial on the zips' colour but I do like it. How is the fit?

that's not the actual zipper color, I had to bump the contrast so it wasnt a dark blur....the zippers are a light brass/stainless color The fit is really good, mine is a size M and it literally fits like a glove, really tight but in a *just right* way. It ends right at the belt line and the sleeves are perfect for my arm length. I havent worn a jacket that fit this good in a looong time. It's light enough that I can even wear it now, since we're having cooler nites finally in socal.
