Ervell button down in horizontal blue stripe
    Ervell button down in blue

Hopefully the blue is oxford broadcloth, if not I can return or flip it on b/s here. Also, I went tts because I have broad shoulders, hopefully the right choice...

    what deal is this?

at my confirmation page before i hit purchase to go through, right under there was a special offer bubble and it was checked and read 25 for 200+ purchases. so i was like great i get extra 25 to use later. sent the order through but dont have 25 credit and its not on my confirmaton email so maybe it was in error?

i sent htem an email so maybe it just takes time for the credit to be awarded. no one else saw/noticed this?

I went a size up for the two that HAD a size up and went tts on the last one. They are TTS at the waist but quite slim in the thigh and through the leg generally really. But mostly the thigh. So I'll have to have the waist taken in a bit on two of them but that shouldn't be a problem. EDIT: Anyway here we go. Thanks to the following people, as this was a styleforum collaborative effort to get me new suits. Phoenixrecon for the heads up on the jackets being on sale, Teger for proxying the jackets, junebugmm for the heads up on the pants being on sale, Lmaozedong for proxying the pants. You are all the wind beneath my wings. Suit 1: Grey Tweed http://jeremydante.files.wordpress.com/2010/02/pt19.jpg http://www.rodengray.com/shop/images/D/4-256.jpg http://www.rodengray.com/shop/images/D/2-297.jpg Suit 2: Grey flannel http://jeremydante.files.wordpress.com/2010/02/pt22.jpg http://suitored.com/wp-content/uploa...portcoat-6.jpg http://suitored.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/Patrik-Ervell-Unstructured-Wool-Flannel-Sportcoat-1.jpg Suit 3: Black wool twill - someone else led me to believe that even though they call it this, it's actually cashmere but we'll see when it arrives. Super kops here, AR. You got some hella nice deals. I have the grey wool flannel formal pants and they're nice, at the tailor right now. [QUOTE]

    Thanks to sjmin[IMG] http://img375.imageshack.us/img375/4281/stow.png
Great pickup, Z. Would have joined the bandwagon had they had my size. Great heads up by slimjim indeed.
i think it totally depends on your thighs, like jd said. i have ones i sized up on that are a bit loose around the waist but i doubt i could ever have sized down on them because they are VERY slim through the thighs.
I agree with this. I normally wear 30 in trousers, but I sized up to a 32 in the grey wool flannel formal pants from this season and the fit is nice and slim from the top block down. A touch (as in a fine hair) loose in the waist, but not too big since it works great with a shirt tuck. People need to keep in mind the low rise, which is why it also might not work true to your normal trouser sizing. I love the formal pants fit much better than the jeans.
the description lists it as the broadcloth but with gilt... who knows... Last time I bought ervell winter jeans off gilt I ordered the sueded and got the canvas.
I don't believe it's the oxford, it definitely looks like the broadcloth. Good pickup. I really like the fit and club collars on Ervell, nice with the MoP buttons as well.

I was thinking the same when I saw Ervell again, but I like Ervell and usually like the Gilt pickups, so I won't complain.

And [IMG] at the shirt. Did you really pick that up? Haha.

    no you didn't

I had a feeling that was bothering you baller haha. Would it make you more upset if I said I copped some Ervell on Gilt too?

I wouldn't mind if I thought we were going to get some good WAYWT contributions. As it is, I suspect all we'll get is my poor duffel getting buried in a sea of Ervell threads in the B&S forum.
