That's how I ultimately decided for the size 41.. INSOLE measurements on sizes 40-42 for CP achilles low: Size 40: 27 centimetres Size 41: 28 centimetres Size 42: 28,5 centimetres edit

I don't know, haven't received it yet. Edit: Just measured my albam cardigan and it's 23" pit 2 pit, so my guess would be it's 22-23.

Technically advertised as a shirt but I have been wearing it as a shirt jacket - the fabric seems to thick to be worn by itself. It's an awesome piece though.
