At first I thought RFX's post was a JD post and was confused why he was buying another system lol

And polarized lenses really make a difference for me

    where from?

^ forward had a pair in 48 for awhile, i'm guessing he just bought those. they fit really slim, fyi.

Yeah, bought those. Used code too, so they were just over $100 with free shipping to me. Can't believe they were there for so long.

Was hesitant about Gateway too but damn this thing is a beast.

Good to know, I haven't really noticed the difference except there is a bit of glare or some discolored reflection in the lens in the side of my eye when I wear it.

Yeah it isn't hugely noticeable because it'll just get rid of the glare quietly. Seattle gets the rain in the morning, sun by noon weather so it's really helpful because the glare from the sun hitting the wet road can be blinding and my glasses cut through it all (same with sun reflecting off of windows/cars)

The monitor it came with sucks, I didn't even bother opening it. I'm still using my old one, I'll probably get a Samsung since I need a bigger and higher resolution to make the video card worth it.

My IT friend was actually surprised at the specs of the Gateway, he said it was a much better buy compared tot he Alienware I had my eye on.

You will not be disappointed. The details are excellent and the cut is fantastic. Wonderful choice, sir.

Everything I have ever ordered from Gilt has been mailed out the next day and I get it within a day or two. Granted, things get mailed out from Mass and I live in CT so its a short distance, but I highly doubt that you will have to wait that long.

I once had to wait a couple weeks past the due date for something. I brought it up with Gilt, and they (1) shipped everything out for free - it was two pending shipments., and (2) gave me an extra free shipment for the next month.

I ended up buying more shit I didn't need, which probably was the plan.

Please just say comp, the 'prebuilt' is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
