I remember seeing that gold Haider jacket and thinking “yep, SF is going to love this”.

Another hat guy I wanted to try, Eric Javits. He uses some sort of proprietary man made fibers that's supposed to be sun proof. Feels good. Went with an epic 4" brim to get the full cowboy meets sunhat experience.

^ Did the sizing work out fine? I found the dark brown ones at half price in a local shop and in my normal size, but they turned out to be too large (too long, specifically - maybe an inch longer than my C&J Chelseas, which were already on a slightly elongated last).

But I had good luck with the sizing of these, which arrived today:

They are a touch long but that's usually the case since I have wide feet. My MMM are a little tight in width as a result but these are not

What are those? They look great! More cheaneys?

They're the Buttero Quentin model. Surprised to see them having quite a bit more substantial build (not necessarily better nor worse) than the Cheaneys or my C&Js. There are still a couple of sizes left on yoox.

SS2002 Virgin Wool Trousers. I got these on a whim, thought eh good price. When I got them they were in brand new condition and from the 2002 season! Very 70’s fit with wide leg opening and slim thighs....love when I find surprises like these

Those boots are so good. The last is gorgeous, I love the sole...and the use of different stitching density on parallel sewing lines is so Margiela and so so cool.

The buttero’s look great. I’ve been looking for black suede zip boots with Cuban heels ever since Fuuma posted his Massaro’s

If I recall they were like 2k+ so I couldn’t afford it as a student, and Massaro does not make them anymore :censored:

SLP maybe? I think the last conspiracy may also make something similar.
