Man, I really can't get behind Damir footwear, the only model I don't find hugely repulsive is the creeper side zip boot.

That AnnD fit pic is pretty bad, I still want them but I would probably scrape at least one of the straps and probably both. I think they'd work ok with some hakama-ish pants too, à la Yohji spring 2012 beared dude. Maybe they're a bit too high though.

If you size up, the arms will likely be too long. This is typical for a RO fit, and if its too slim for you chances are that RO isn't for your style. I suffered a similar fate, and wish some of his outerwear had a bit slouchier fit, but most if not all of it is extremely snug.

Ha. Was actually considering them for that actually. Gonna be grabbing quite a few of those come the new year and want options on footwear. :)

If RFX still posts something up and they look better might reconsider, but right now, meh.

The fit looks good, but how does it feel? If it feels good, I say keep it.

Doesn't fit imo. Flaring in back, too short in sleeves, etc

while they look nice they are pretty narrow (for me) and awkward to walk in given the exaggerated height of creeper crepe soles that wear thin quickly anyway

    Mr Moo great purchase ;)

But at least they were acceptable to the eye, the rest is just :uhoh: ... but my distaste for DD footwear is well documented at this point so I will stop now.

DD sneakers is pretty much the MMM side-zips with the GATs sole.
And Shah, the sole on these feels much more stable and solid than the one they use on Silents.
This is the best fit pic I could get right now.

Ivwri, I'll get a pic of the Ann D later, here's a pic of the other Ann D sneaks I have. Don't think it'll help much though.

I think skills at making nice clothing don't necessarily translate to being able to do footwear, too.

Kind of like how people assume electronic music producers are good DJs and some of them are just awful at it, but make great music in the studio.

sole isn't exactly the same, i think, there should be a BS Sport imprint on the bottom, they fit slightly more snug than my mmm. i was talking about crepe soled boots though not the sneaker boots you got
but yes, different than silent line which uses same sole as generic man sneakers. both seem to be made in portugal though ?

Not sure where it's made from, that was the one thing I found weird, there was nothing printed on the lining. Not even the size, there is just a generic "42" sticker and w/o that, you wouldn't be able to tell what size it is. Sole is identical to the MMM GATs though, put them next to each other and no way you could tell them apart.

I actually think I would really love those if they were on a different sole. As is, I've never been a huge fan of the shoe-boot hybrid thing. They look comfortable, though, and very much like something a ninja might wear while tracking an e30

GATs are actually perfect for the track. :D

Nice, I mostly wear my CP training boots when I get the urge. Back in high school I thought it was super cool to have the adidas whatever-they-are driving shoes, with the "goodyear tire" - labelled sole.

^ Ha, that trend was awful.

    I partook in.
