White + Warren blue cashmere pocket crewneck sweater for brother (will be mine if he doesn't like), $150
i hate how Gilt removes their old ads, so no pic

    Barbour Akenside quilted, $150
    [IMG]

Adidas x Burton Snowboards sweats, $59

Ray-Ban ORB3447 teashades, $85 (pretty stoked on these, they have a larger lens model which actually fits my face!)

and I know this is blasphemy here, but I saw this Marc Ecko vest at Macys and had to get it with my mom's employee discount. no branding except for that lil tag at the bottom and I'm actually liking it a lot. I just wear it over some of my outerwear and it gives it a completely new look.

And when this goes on sale I will instacop to wear underneath my A-2 when riding the moto. balaclava's are critical when riding in cold. rollneck-turns-into-a-ninja-mask-steeze

Thanks, since I rarely layer the 48 (#1) is probably better. I will take better pics soon, those were just grainy out of the box fit pics and they don't do the jacket justice. It is nice.

Yes the sleeves are long, so is the body. This is a jacket for someone who is on the taller side. It looks shorter in the balenciaga pics -- that model must be 6'5" If you want to keep yours, you may need to get the arms taken in a bit.

The leather is great so I am surprised at your criticism. But you have both jackets in your hand to compare so I will take your word for it. The YSL bomber is sick; if someone returns one in my size it will be hard not to get it.

Yes it is. It's a little ways down, away from the gated, guarded all-inclusive resort relaxation compound.

yes, shoreman is correct about it being Folk. The model is the tell-tale giveaway...and the funky design.

why you no like the RayBans? most of the models i've seen were too small for my face; theyre 47mm lens. but my girl got the 50mm lens version and they actually seemed to fit my face. so i'm gonna give it a shot.

not sure what you mean. There was a matching hoody that was sold separately, too. I guess it was a collab with burton for cabin wear. But in the description they talk about the zip hem and how it could fit over snowboard boots, go figure. It's just sweats, so I don't think it would be very good if you're on your ass a lot. I can report back when I get it, tho. I bought the last one at End clothing, but there are a few other online retailers carrying the line.

Oh, I wondered if they were some cool semi-waterproof technical fabric or something.

    wjk skinny cargo pants

I just received these in size M and really like the fit. The taper in the legs is minimal and the bottom hem measures 18" across-- exactly how I like it. So despite the label, it's really more of a "slim fit" style pant. Fabric is a heavy cotton with a stiffness and texture similar to denim. The pants actually look far dresser than the average cargo pants, likely due to the choice of fabric looks very nice in person.

And regarding the recent "YSL looks uninspired and overpriced" comments, one could say the same thing about wjk. Brands like these claim to make the ultimate casual basics. Not everyone wants to be forced to choose between only low-end basics or expensive pieces that scream "design".
