    I want Harnden

    The hype is warranted IMO

Def. a victim to the hype, but in all honesty I've been searching for a similar CDG or Arts + Science blazer for a bit. I was actually going out of my way to get something other than Harden. I don't like a single non-blazer item that Harnden does other than maybe the hats, so I was trying to avoid the brand. They're also incredibly expensive in Japan, about $2200 retail.

Arts + Science one I was set on buying was sold out by the time I went back to buy it. I've got a similar (shorter) jacket by CDG that I wear all the time in the summer/fall, but it's not warm enough and I'd already spent enough time mucking around used clothing stores and auction sites trying to find a wool one.

    My CDG jacket:

Saddly PH is too big for my wallet, and I'm too big for PH, universal balance.

i don't think youre too big for ph, his small fits XXL well it used to be retarded like that i think he may have evened it out hence the increased appearance on sz now that les petits gargouilles can fit into them...but $madmoney$ no doubt. I know IF carries it, but does the IF in Dubai have it ???

i would give 5 thumbs up if i could. cdg looks great, to hell with harden leather cropped pants and whatever other farmer gear there is, but some of the shoes look nice, he is shoe maker after all. i think there are better hat offerings, but the jackets are what most drool over and the long one is great for colder days. oh, cdg looks great did i mention? i love flipping up the cuffs like that on mine i don't care if haters don't like

    Aren't flipped up cuffs = Shredder ?

PH hats remind me of medieval laborer headwear.

I know nothingabout the sizing, I was going by the measurements gleaned from various sale threads. I read the stuff used to fit like a sack but I'm not sure I'd want that anyway.

flipped cuffs alone are fine for me, flipped cuffs + forearm slits that are wider than sleeves ... that gets into :uhoh: territory

It's from the Silent line. Pretty cool, if it didn't say Damir I wouldn't think it was Damir. The snap buttons are covered in sueded goatskin which is pretty cool. Sleeves are goatskin too. It's not too heavy, but the wool is nice. It's a nice piece and I wish it fit, but it's not perfect.

a bit tight ? i sometimes feel in between sizes on silent which puts me off. i wish it had worked out, would have been an interesting if understated addition to your wardrobe. well all i know is your macro shots of shoes mostly but still, i was excited at the prospect. can you just post a macro before it goes back if you get a chance :D

I know the Damir jacket he bought, that one is very casual, I may say that is a MMM or Dries if no one tell me it's Damir.
