    jesus, I just paid $900 for two tickets to see the national at beacon theatre, row 1. going to all 5 shows now

    I love the National but holy, they're playing 6 shows in a rows? Hope it's a great venue to pony up for front row.

    If the venue's so small, why would you bother ponying up so much for front-row seats? :eh:

    Got some Buttero side-zips off ebay for cheap. Everything fits ok except the top arch, which is borderline-excruciatingly tight.

    Gonna take them to a cobbler for some stretching, which should take care of the issue. Kinda want a little more stretch put into my CP training boots anyway.

    I don't find it particularly ugly. Actually, I'd prefer it if it was ugly. Seems too inoffensive for a $1500 knit.
