Re: the haribos, I always get a kick out of explaining to people why vegetarians can't eat gummy bears, or anything made with gelatin. Mmmmm... "The gelatin you eat in Jell-O comes from the collagen in cow or pig bones, hooves, and connective tissues. To make gelatin, manufacturers grind up these various parts and pre-treat them with either a strong acid or a strong base to break down cellular structures and release proteins like collagen. After pre-treatment, the resulting mixture is boiled. During this process, the large collagen protein ends up being partially broken down, and the resulting product is called gelatin. The gelatin is easily extracted because it forms a layer on the surface of the boiling mixture." http://recipes.howstuffworks.com/question557.htm

Picked up a w+h reverse flannel OCBD

Fits great everywhere except the next. Guess I won't be able to wear a tie with it.

I actually really like vegetarian and vegan gummies too, they have a different texture that is enjoyable too. It's kind of like that candy Dots but even smoother, if that makes any sense.

2L / 3L Megarex is really really good (there is no better tech material imo) but not the most durable stuff ever. Oakley's 3L stuff is tougher. The hardware and details on the Armada stuff has been good from day 1 on their "better" gear, like anything else the cheap lines aren't as great but still serviceable.

As for helmet cam, gopro is the best, but I have one of these and the price on them right now is basically unbeatable.

I had the contour hd and I liked it a lot. Used it for cycling. I actually just sold it yesterday since I just don't have enough time to go on long rides and edit the videos like I would've liked...
