There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I 85% agree with you on this. The other 15% of me feels like a pair of sneakers that retails for around $350 - $400 should be effin' ace when it comes to construction, y'know?

so then don't view them as a pair of sneakers that cost you $400 cause they didn't!

For what its worth, I ordered a pair of CP desert boots from thecorner and the ankle leather was cut from a piece of leather that was literally 4x thicker than the other shoe. To the casual observer it wasn't that noticeable, but I noticed and felt it and it drove me crazy. What I would be more worried about in your situation is how they fit long term. Both my cp's fit snug at first then after wearing for a day I noticed the fit was different on each shoe, very annoying. I was able to get store credit because they passed as defects but felt pretty bad for returning them after wearing. Just a heads up.

if it's a defect don't worry about it, the retailer will just return them to CP

I hate it when I'm right! But no sneakers whatsoever? I've been trying to do the same, but occasionally I stumble on a gem.

yeah i really can't get into any sneakers aside from slip-ups from time to time, not sure why. i wouldn't mind some older releases but i rarely see anything that catches my eye. i would like chunky-soled ones and thought these would be good but i can't get over the thin walls more than anything. how can sneakers that retail this much have such thin stiff walls and the insole, not removable btw, feels like wood ! and they came with a scratch on one shoe (i'm not one to baby footwear but it makes me think someone was wearing them for a while and scratched it and the thought of second-hand footwaear is repulsive!!!) my gats are still the most comfy...only boots and sandals from now on mr. snake :bigstar:

Both my pairs of BBalls as well as my Raf Vandals were like this.
Seems to be a common occurrence
